Have lived here for 6 months now and honestly it was one of the best decisions I made. I relocated here for work and spent ... around 20 hours of doing research for which Atlanta neighborhood to live in and Kirkwood has been fantastic. Chris Sullivan the property manager has not only delivered on every promise but has exceeded my expectations. The property itself is extremely well maintained and any maintenance request has been resolved within 24 hours. There are no security issues like many other places and the neighborhood is very family friendly and safe. I cannot recommend this complex enough. I just want to give props to our current management........ The package room has become a disaster due to outside elements. ... I literally witnessed current management correcting the mistakes during the course of HOURS. Leaving the gym in the am, they were there correcting others mistakes, walking the dog at lunch time between clients, they were there correcting mistakes, walking the dog after work in the evening, they were there correcting mistakes of others. Since I've moved in in August 2022, I have enjoyed my stay here at Kirkwood. The apartment complex is very well maintained, ... gated (with lots of security cameras), the hallways are always floral scented (which is a very nice touch), the amenities are all available (compared to my last apartment complex where the amenities were unusable), and the neighborhood ambiance is exquisitely calm and refreshing (the landscaping of the apartment is awesome!). Melissa was very helpful with my partner and I throughout the whole application/moving process and is very professional, nice, and an awesome manager to have in the apartment. She is always willing to help you and responsive to emails, phone-calls, and will even say hello to you in the hallways & even remembers your name! We have really loved being a part of the community here at The Kirkwood Apartments! We started searching for apartments earlier ... in the year and after touring the facility, we were really impressed. After a few bumps in the road with a former leasing agent, Christopher, the manager, and the new leasing agent, Melissa, did everything possible to make the process of moving in smooth and efficient. We have been here for almost 2 months now and absolutely love it! The amenities are incredible, the hallways and social areas stay clean, and the units are really beautiful. Christopher and Melissa have been extremely friendly and always make an effort to say hi when they see us. The maintenance team has also been wonderful and always respond to our requests quickly. My husband and I moved into this friendly community last year and we have absolutely loved it. The renting and moving process ... was very smooth thanks to our leasing agent, Amy, and we were able to get our desired unit with a storage room literally right across the hall from us. So convenient! While we don't have pets right now, we do appreciate the pet friendly policy should we decide to bring a fur-baby home in the future. The office staff is always willing to help and accommodate requests as needed. The maintenance staff responds quickly to needs (We've only needed a couple of lower priority things, but they handled them super quick!). We have found the neighborhood to be delightful and enjoy patronizing the local businesses. Another attractive feature of our community is that it's not just another large apartment complex with 1000 units where nobody really knows each other and you're just another number to the staff and management company. The office staff take great strides to make this feel like home by hosting monthly resident events that are always themed in fun and creative ways. They also encourage communication with your surrounding neighbors. Overall, we feel we made a wonderful choice by moving to this community. We've been able to make it our home and we feel like we're getting the best bang for our buck with the amount of square footage available, the convenient amenities (amazing pool and gym!), and the wonderful staff who takes care of the property. Moved on property in Late November and can not express how amazed I have been. From the staff in the office to the maintenance ... team everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They even know me by name! I can no wait till the spring to take advantage of that huge pool. And the resident events to get to meet all the neighbors.... They really invest in us here and that makes me fall in love with this place all over again!! Kyle, Amy, Silvana, Devon, Brian and Itzell, Keep up the good work!!! My boyfriend and I recently moved into The Kirkwood and we absolutely love it. The staff is incredibly helpful. Kyle in particular ... helped us tremendously with finding the perfect unit for us, and he was always available to answer any of our questions. The amenities are incredible, and so is the location of the complex. We’re within walking distance of so many good places to eat and grab drinks. The complex is also very pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for us and our dog. Everything about The Kirkwood is amazing and we are so happy to call this place our new home! The Kirkwood Apartments are a gem just a quick walk to all the great businesses and restaurants in the Kirkwood business ... district. The staff took me on multiple tours and answered every question while I decided on the unit that best suited my needs. It truly feels like home! I toured the Kirkwood apartments and was so happy I did. I was looking at newer apartment communities and this one was definitely in my top 3. The apartment layouts were immaculent and spacious. Devin, the leasing consultant, was amazing and a joy to interact with. He made my experience smooth and easy, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend the Kirkwood apartments to anyone. If you go there please ask for Devin!
